Terms of Service
Effective August 5, 2026
These terms govern your use of Company Brain. By creating an account or connecting the service to an AI assistant, you agree to them.
The service
Company Brain is a shared knowledge base for your organization, accessed through a web app and through AI assistants connected via the Model Context Protocol. It is an early-stage product: features may change, and we may update these terms as it evolves, noting the new effective date here.
Your account and organization
You sign in with Google. The first person to sign up creates the organization and owns it; owners can invite teammates and manage their roles. You are responsible for who you invite — everyone in your organization can read and write the shared brain.
Your content
The content your team captures is yours. You grant us only the rights needed to operate the service: storing your content, versioning it, and returning it to the people and connected assistants your organization has authorized. We do not use your content for anything else — see the privacy policy. You can export everything at any time.
Acceptable use
Don’t use the service to store or distribute unlawful content, don’t attempt to access another organization’s data, and don’t deliberately degrade the service for others. We may suspend accounts that violate these rules.
Availability and warranty
The service is provided as-is, without warranties of any kind, and without a guaranteed service level. If we ever discontinue the service, we will give you notice and time to export your content.
Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability arising out of the service is limited to the amount you paid us for it in the twelve months before the claim.
